The South End Community Center in collaboration with the Internal Revenue Service will be offering free income tax preparation services for those with income less than $49,000 during filing season. The Franklin Elementary School site will be open on Mondays starting February 4 - April 8, 2013 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm. This site prepares returns by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the South End Community Center at (203)377-0689.
