Looking for a new exercise routine? Why not try Pilates, Baldwin Center’s newest exercise program. Developed in the early 20th century and popular in Europe, Pilates is a conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, strength, and endurance. It puts emphasis on body alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. The classes will be held on Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. Class fee: $2.
