FREE Smoking Cessation Classes

The Stratford Health Department has partnered with St. Vincent's Swim Across the Sound to sponsor a FREE 8-session smoking cessation program for individuals who are current smokers! People who smoke need intense help when it comes to quitting.  Over the course of 8 sessions, our program will prepare you psychologically and physically to quit, provide techniques for coping with the first days of nicotine withdrawal, and finally provide the tools you need to quit smoking...forever!
