Are You Stuck in Your Job Search and Need to be Reinvigorated? Beth Carter will Offer the Mondays @ 7 Group a New Way of Thinking in her December 10th Workshop

December 7, 2012 – The Mondays @ 7 Group will sponsor a presentation by Beth Carter, a Fairfield-based executive and career coach, entitled, “Color Your Mind to a New Way of Thinking About Your Job Search.” This presentation will explore how to go a step deeper in developing new ideas and thoughts, resulting in greater fulfillment and happiness.  Using a non-traditional approach will open the mind to new possibilities.

Beth is President of Beth Carter Enterprises, a thriving business that encompasses executive and group coaching, seminars and DISC behavioral assessment.   She serves as a “thought partner” for executives, middle managers and business owners. Beth has a keen ability to help her clients reach their goals in leadership/management development, market expansion, financial competency and performance enhancement, while motivating them to their full potential.


Beth is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and is credentialed as a Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA). She is also an author, speaker, and an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University.  Ms. Carter holds an MBA from Baruch College and currently serves as Co-Chair of Membership and Ambassadors for the International Coaching Federation – Connecticut Chapter.
