"DIY: Chocolate Making" at Stratford Library

The Stratford Library, 2203 Main Street in Stratford will offer “DIY: Chocolate Making” on Thursday, May 1 from 6:00-7:30 pm.  
Chocolatier and teacher Maria Brandriff will demonstrate how to make chocolate truffles in the workshop which is free and open to the public.  Brandriff’s presentation includes a discussion of the varieties of chocolate available, how to work with chocolate and the basic of chocolate truffle making.  Samples will be distributed.

Due to the nature of the program, class size is limited to 20 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis.  To reserve a space call the Library’s Adult Services Department at: 203.385.4164
