History repeats itself! 4th Annual Antiques Appraisal Day & Flea Market returns to Grace Lutheran Church of Stratford

Tom Tomaszek doesn’t just appraise your antiques and collectibles. He gives you an education. It’s just like the TV appraisal shows...face to face! Whether mid-century or Middle Ages, bring it!

On Saturday, May 21, 2016, Grace Lutheran Church, 150 Chapel Street, Stratford presents antique and collectible appraisals by respected appraiser Tom Tomaszek. Starting 10am and with last registration at 2:00pm, individuals can bring in items to be appraised. $6.00 per item or $15.00 for 3 items (Maximum of 3 items per person.)

We are pleased to have Tomaszek back again this year. Last year’s capacity crowd marathon appraisal, people brought in all kinds of compelling antiques, and he matched up the rare and spectacular with equally memorable appraisals.

With over 40 years of collecting and appraising and a degree in teaching from Rhode Island College, his globally savvy knowledge is compelling.

Tom travels extensively in Western Europe and Japan researching, appraising antiques, and studying the arts. He’s a recognized numismatics, philately, militaria, ephemera, antiquities, and antique & vintage jewelry expert, and is an ardent collector of Japanese samurai swords and ancient coins.
