“GREAT MOVIES YOU MISSED” FESTIVAL AT THE STRATFORD LIBRARY
Monday, March 31 through Friday April 4
“Great Movies You Missed” will highlight six critically acclaimed films from last year that – for whatever reason – did not reach a wide audience during their general release. The library series will feature guest film critics Joe Meyers from the Connecticut Post and Tom Holehan of Elm City Newspapers for commentary prior to the screenings.
“A Late Quartet”: Members of a world-renowned string quartet struggle to stay together in the face of death, competing egos and insuppressible lust. The superb cast includes the late Philip Seymour Hoffman with Christopher Walken and Catherine Keener. Tuesday, April 1 - Shown at noon. 105 minutes, Rated R.
