staff at the Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinic extends warm and fuzzy greetings
to all of our supporters! We welcome you to participate in our 5th annual Tree of Lights, a longstanding tradition:
You can order a light two ways: Either by mail with the form below or online via PayPal on our website.
By mail: Click on the link below to bring you to our web page. Drag the form image onto your computer desktop and print it out. List your pet(s) or human loved one(s) on the
form: A white light dedicated for each deceased loved one; a colored
light for a living pet or friend. Mail in your form and payment to our
address. Please do not send cash.
Online via our website: Select either the colored light or white
light button, list the names in the box below it, then press Add to
Cart. Update the number of names in your shopping cart for your total.
Click on the Continue Shopping button to return to this page and select
another option. Please verify your request in the shopping cart before
paying. If you would like a gift card to put in a holiday card or under
the tree, we'll be happy to send you one. Just email us at info@nutmegclinic.org and we'll send you a digital copy to print out.
