Flu Clinic 10/1/2014!

Flu Clinic at the Baldwin Center 10/1/2014 9-11am!

The Stratford health Department will be hosting a flu clinic for residents ages 6 months and older on Thursday from 9a to 4p.

“Don’t wait ‘til it’s too late to fight the
flu!” says Stratford Health Department’s Nursing Supervisor, Bernice Bova.

All residents are encouraged to get the vaccine. No appointment is necessary. Flu shots will be available. Medicare Part B, Anthem
BC/BS, Aetna, Cigna and Connecticare will be accepted insurances with a $0 fee for adults and children. Flu vaccine will be offered to children for a fee of $5.00 for those that qualify for the Connecticut Vaccine Program. All other adults and children will be charged $30.00 for the influenza vaccine if they do not have insurance, payable by cash or check.
