$5 Preschool Flu Clinic!

Did you know? According to CT law, all
children under age 5 who are enrolled in a day care or pre-school must show
proof of vaccination against the seasonal flu by January 1, 2014 in order to
attend.

All children ages 6 months to 4 years can receive the flu vaccine for $5! Adults and siblings
who accompany the preschool children can also receive the flu shot for an
additional fee. Children who are over the age of 5 may qualify for Vaccine Free
for Children and receive the shot for $5.
Insurances accepted are Connecticare, Anthem BC/BS and Medicare.  All others will be charged a $25 fee if not
eligible for vaccine free for children or no insurance. The types of vaccine
available are injection and intranasal.

No appointments
necessary.
