Mayoral Debate Thursday at Stratford High School

Candidates to face off at 7 p.m. after a meet-and-greet.

Candidates for Stratford mayor are scheduled to debate Thursday night at Stratford High School.

The debate, scheduled to start at 7 p.m., is hosted by the League of Women Voters of Connecticut. A meet-and-greet in the school cafeteria at 6 p.m. will precede the debate, which will be held in the auditorium

The candidates for mayor are incumbent Republican John A. Harkins, Democrat Joe Paul and petitioning candidates Ken Bruno and George Mulligan.

Stratford Rotary and Stratford Chamber of Commerce are co-sponsoring the event, which will be moderated by League of Women Voters member Jean Rainbow.
