(March 21) A Taste of Connecticut featuring the Windmill Tavern will be airing this Sunday March 24 on channel 8 WTNH New Haven. If you were in for lunch that day this is a must see for you. Maybe you'll be on TV. We cant wait so everyone can see our little piece of paradise on the corner of Hollister and Thompson. Sunday, channel 8 at 11 am

Stratford Animal Rescue Society

(March 17) Help stop the sale of puppy mill dogs. HB 5027 would ban the sale of commercially-bred animals in CT pet shops. Rep. Brenda Kupchick and Sen. John McKinney delivered testimony on Friday in support of this bill, and they are leading the way. If you live in Guilford, Branford, North Branford, Durham, Killingworth or Madison and are available to meet this week with Senator Ed Meyer who has enormous influence over this bill, please get in touch with CT Coalition Against Puppy Mills.
