Stratford Volunteer EMS Association

(March 29) This week EMS took receipt of a "New" Ambulance - A "Remount." This allowed us to reuse the "box" portion of our ambulance and put it onto a new chassis. Choosing to remount the vehicle as opposed to buying/building brand new meant we were able to save an estimated $35,000 - $40,000 dollars when you factor in the much needed improvements and modifications we made to provide better crew safety, comfort and enhance the delivery of patient care!
