Construction slowing down traffic on Main Street in Stratford is expected to be finished by month's end, according to Marc Dillon, the mayor's chief of staff.
United Illuminating is doing the necessary utility work, said Dillon, adding that it's not a town project.
Attempts to reach UI for comment Wednesday were unsuccessful.
