I don't know why Mike had a bad experience... I had some problems with my computer, and Bob came out and cleaned everything up! Windows 7 was installed right out of the box. When I had TV problems before, everything was promptly fixed at a reasonable cost. Legitmate LG parts were used. Will call again with any other problems!
