A Sterling House Tradition Continues

Update and details regarding the return of Sterling House's century old Woodcarving program.

A tradition continues at the !

We are offering courses in Woodcarving. This is a ten-week course held on Thursday evenings between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m, and begins on September 13.

The fee is $100 plus Sterling House Membership. Materials are purchased directly from the instructor.

The class is geared toward middle school students through adults. Students are encouraged to carve into any topic of their choice. This program is a continuation of a Stratford tradition, which has its roots reaching back a century.

On occasion, some of the earlier works of Stratord Decoy-Carvers appear in high end auctions. Zsolt Megai will instruct this fall's course. Come join us at our Victorian mansion and enjoy a long standing Stratford tradition!

For more information, please contact Ray O’Donnell, Program Director at (203) 378-2606 Ext 110 or by email at RO'Donnell@sterlinghousecc.org.
