What Should Take Blockbuster's Place in Stratford?

The video rental store in the Dock Shopping Center is no longer in business. What would you like to see move in?

Visible for both local motorists on East Main Street as well as those traveling on Interstate 95, the former lot has potential for the right type of business.

An estimated 172,000 vehicles pass by every day on I-95, according to Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc., a company which lists the Dock Shopping Center as one of its holdings.

If you forgot how big the store was, a photo in the gallery takes a look inside the former video rental store.

So what would you like to see in that space? Another entertainment-type store or something else entirely? It's listed as retail, but should another type of business be considered? Tell us in the comments below.
