Mayor, Chamber of Commerce Welcome New Restaurant

A formal ribbon-cutting on Aug. 10 welcomed Director's Cut Restaurant to the business community.

Mayor John A. Harkins and the Stratford Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed a new restaurant to the neighborhood with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 10. 

Director's Cut Restaurant, located at the Ramada at 225 Lordship Boulevard, offers a  menu that features slow-roasted meats, classic pasta dinners and a variety of appetizers and salads. 

Director's Cut has a fully-stocked bar, multiple TVs, a jukebox and a pool table. Thursday night is jazz night and every Friday there is a comedy show. The restaurant also offers catering services and has banquet rooms available for parties, weddings, etc.

The Stratford Chamber of Commerce is an affiliate of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, and will hold another ribbon-cutting ceremony tomorrow, Aug. 16, at the newly renovated Vazzy's of Stratford, located at 3355 Main St. That event starts at 5 p.m.
