presentation at 12:30 by Mary Jo Farrelly of the Bridgeport Hospital Diabetes Center. Mary Jo will explain how to identify risk factors, offer steps to stay healthy and discuss various diabetic services covered by Medicare. She will also discuss the role diet and exercise play in maintaining good health and offer food shopping tips.
