Kiss Me, Kate by In The Spotlight

The 2012 production of In The Spotlight, Kiss Me, Kate, is slated for August 2, 3, 4, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the air-conditioned Stratford Theatre, 2242 Main Street.  A 2:00 p.m. matinee is also offered on Saturday.  This is the 25^th summer performance season of In The Spotlight and nearly 50 Stratford youth comprise the cast and orchestra.  In The Spotlight is a cooperative effort of Town of Stratford Community Services and Sterling House Community Center.  “We’re very excited and proud to present this famous musical.  Once again, we are amazed by our talented and enthusiastic cast of Stratford youth,” said Kevin Miller, Stratford resident and the production’s director.  Will Duchon, of Milford, is handling the musical direction, and Stratford resident Meghan Daly is the choreographer.  “The cast has been hard at work to make this summer’s show another success,” adds Tammy Trojanowski, Community Services Administrator.  For more information about the performances and tickets, call Stratford Community Services at 203.385.4095 or e-mail ttrojanowski@townofstratford.com.
