Stratford to Host Annual Playground Carnival to Benefit Bridgeport Burn Unit
Former UConn women's basketball star Nykesha Sales will be carnival's guest speaker.
The Stratford Recreation Department will host the 26th Annual Playground Carnival next week to benefit the Bridgeport Burn Unit.
The carnival will be held at Boothe Park on Wednesday, July 23, with a rain date of July 24.
Former UConn women's basketball star, and current Connecticut Sun player, Nykesha Sales will be the carnival's guest speaker.
The carnival will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is $1.
There will be inflatable rides, a moon bounce, games, prizes, food and more. There will also be a silent auction for prizes.
