This service plan represents 75 percent of our regular service and is based on lower ridership counts and our continuing efforts to protect our equipment due to the impact of the winter storm.

The combined trains were chosen to minimize customer impacts and to get customers home within 10-15 minutes of their normal time.

After 9 PM tonight, Metro-North will start hourly service on all lines for the duration of the night.

For Thursday, Feb. 6, Metro-North anticipates operating regular service.

Most of Metro-North's service territory is under a foot of snow and overnight temperatures are expected to be in the single digits.

Because of the continued extreme winter weather, the railroad may experience weather-related problems.

Customers should check this website and the news media for updates, listen for station announcements, and sign up for email alerts.
