Shaker has done a nice job of presenting Javiar's background and base. Nice to learn about this emerging star. Good instinct for telling a story. Thanks!

Javier is a true hometown hero. Not only does he have "The Voice" but also The Character to be admired. I was lucky enough to be among the band parents that were setting up early on Sunday and when Javier came for a sound check, he was sweet, humble and as friendly as anyone could be. I was touched to overhear parts of a conversation between Javier and a town worker. The two had been highschool classmates. One was setting up chairs and one was the celebrity to be honored by the whole town, the mayor, congress........ but they just sounded like two old buddies reminiscing over high school memories. And who wasn't touched when he paused his thank you speech to find out why his little daughter was crying? Best wishes to a man who truly deserves all that he has earned with his talent, hard work and genuine goodness!
