Your teens are holding a car wash at the high school on Saturday. The grandparents volunteered to take the younger children to a movie Sunday afternoon. Your tweens take tap on Wednesday evening. It’s your time! Take it!
Each week, we’ll tell you about one great idea to give you a much deserved break, and make your life a little easier, maybe a whole lot easier.
Are you tired of the treadmill at the gym or in your basement? Then its time to try something different! Turn your workout upside down and spin it around as you enroll in Alternative Fitness Classes for women (18 years and older) at The Girl Spot. Located at 25 Lindeman Drive (2nd Floor), Trumbull, CT or online thegirlspotct.com or www.facebook.com/thegirlspot, The Girl Spot offers classes Mondays through Saturdays. The venue may also be booked for private parties when you and your friends will be able to learn a few new moves of your own. Throughout the year outside professionals are invited to hold specialty classes and workshops.

On Friday, 11 March 2011, The Girl Spot in Trumbull will be celebrating their 1st birthday and want you to join them! From 7 to 10pm, students and instructors of The Girl Spot will showcase performances at 8pm and 9pm. Refreshments will be available. Call 203.373.7575 for reservations.
On Saturday, 12 March 2011 from 11am to 3 pm The Girl Spot will have an Open House which will offer another opportunity for you to see and demo the classes on offer at the studio. Demo Schedule: 11:30 - 12:00pm - Pole Intro, 12:15 - 12:45pm - Chair Dance, 1:00 - 1:30pm – Zumba, 1:45 - 2:15pm - Pole Intro .
So spice up your exercise routine, bring a group of your girlfriends with you and we’ll see you at The Girl Spot.
