The Special Operations Warrior Foundation provides full scholarship grants and educational and family counseling to the surviving children of special operations personnel who die in operational or training missions and immediate financial assistance to severely wounded special operations personnel and their families.

Our guest for the evening is a decorated combat hero who fought with Task Force Ranger in the infamous battle of Mogadishu recounted in the book and subsequent movie “Black Hawk Down”.  He has used his survival of that battle to create a positive message about stepping up and making the world a better place. He is a motivational speaker, Nashville recording artist, and author.  He will share his personal story of the battle and,” what it means to lead the way”.  We will have a set of acoustical music, and every $25 adult ticket includes a copy of his new book “Get it on”.

You can find out more about the Special Operations Warrior Foundation at www.specialops.org  and about Mr. Thomas at www.kenithomas.com

Tickets are available at www.jpamfsowp.tix.com

Hope to see you there.
