Volunteer Men Needed to Mentor Youth!

Champions Mentoring Program serves children & youth in the Greater Bridgeport area who have been impacted by either an incarceration of a family member or by their involvement with the juvenile justice system.  These children are often emotionally vulnerable and in need of additional support.  Mentors can provide mentoring on site at the child’s school once per week, or can participate in a community match where visits are scheduled for afterschool and/or on weekends.  Consistent mentor visits provide a positive adult-youth relationship which helps to foster resiliency in at-risk children and teens.

This is truly a rewarding opportunity to enrich and inspire the life of a child - Become a Champion!
