Mayor Harkins Launches 2013 Summer Reading Incentive Program

Mayor John A. Harkins again this year will recognize young readers as Harkins Heroes through the 2013 Summer Reading Challenge, held in conjunction with the Stratford Library.  To be recognized as a Harkins Hero, readers in grades K-6 must read at least eight books from the school-recommended reading list. For additional information on the Harkins Hero program - and important deadlines for registration - please see www.townofstratford.com.  The News & Announcement section on the home page has a full press release.
