Brownie Troop #37121 at St. Mark School pay special tribute to disabled Veterans at VA Connecticut Healthcare in West Haven with home-made Valentine's Day cards.
Second and third grade scouts took this opportunity to salute the veterans, thank them for their courage and service and send them well wishes and prayers for quick recoveries.
They also learned that are more than 98,000 Veterans of the U.S. armed services are cared for every day in VA medical centers, outpatient clinics, and nursing homes.
