Obviously, Trick or Treating was postponed again. I thought I saw a ticker-tape announcement on the Stratford Town Hall website that said it was postponed until Saturday, Nov 10, but somebody just told me they thought it was to be on Friday, Nov 9. The announcement isn't there this morning, so I can't check. Mayor Harkins hasn't phoned with an announcement, and I didn't see anything about it on Channel 12 news. When should I expect my Trick or Treaters? Does anybody know for sure? How about, Mr. Mayor? Tell us all what we need to know please!
