The Stratford Rotary Club will host a Paper Shredding Event on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The event will be held at the Baldwin Center at 1000 West Broad Street.
Many privacy experts recommend that sensitive documents, including bills, bank statements, credit card statements, be shredded to minimize the risk of identity theft.
There is a small charge for shredding. Small containers are $5; medium containers are $10 and large containers are charged by the pound.
All proceeds will support the Stratford Rotary Club's efforts to purchase a Mobile Dental Unit for Stratford.
