Stratford Resident Named News 12 CT Hometown Hero

Me’Chelle Lorthe, a Stratford resident, was recently named a News 12 Connecticut “Hometown Hero.”  A terrific role model, Me’Chelle has been a volunteer at the Domus Foundation after-school program at Trailblazers Academy for two years.  She started as a student in the program and now comes back to help younger students with their homework.  The program director notes that many of the students see how Me’Chelle has excelled and are inspired to do the same.  For more information, watch this “Hometown Hero” segment at any time on News 12 Interactive (Channel 612 on Optimum TV).
