Porter & Chester Institute (PCI), a postsecondary institution with over 65 years of experience in providing career training in skilled trades, automotive, computers and healthcare professions, is hosting a Career Day at its Stratford campus. The event is free and open to the community.
Join Porter and Chester for an interactive career workshop and receive a FREE toolkit filled with tips and tricks necessary for career success, including:
- Sample resumes and cover letters
- Interview tips and techniques
- LinkedIn profile recommendations
At 2:00 p.m., guest Mike Steidley, a motivational speaker and one of the most accomplished mountain bike stunt riders in the U.S., will discuss the power of positive thinking before performing for attendees.
PCI will also host hour-long career guidance seminars that will include resume building and interview techniques from Career Services professionals at the following times:
